Agency Fees & Consulting: If you have paid an agency fee or an advance for property management services and decide to terminate the contract within the first 7 days, we will refund 100% of the amount.
Booking Deposits: For holiday rentals, booking deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 14 days of the check-in date.
